Concrete step: Look at the two or three systems where you spend the most time doing manual work. Check whether each one has an API or integration options. If they do, you are in a good position. Most of them are doing this on their own, without their manager knowing, and without any training on how to use these tools well.

The result is a strange paradox. Companies think they have an AI skills gap, but their employees are already using AI: just badly. Prompts are vague. Outputs are accepted without review.
