Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 July 2026

In short: TRAX AI BV runs the traxb2b.com website. We collect contact-form details from visitors, plus basic site-usage data via Google Analytics. We use this to respond to enquiries and understand how the site is used. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete it at any time.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by TRAX AI BV (RPR Antwerpen, company number BE 1039.054.397), with registered office at Kwikstaartlaan 3, 2610 Antwerpen, Belgium. Email: contact@traxb2b.com. For the purposes of the GDPR and other applicable data protection law, TRAX AI BV is the controller of personal data collected through this website.

2. What we collect

Contact/lead form submissions: name, email, company, and message content. Collected directly from you, when you submit the form. Site usage data: pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location (from IP), and referring site. Collected automatically, via server logs and, if enabled, analytics/marketing tools (see Section 4).

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

Responding to your enquiry: legitimate interest (running our business) / taking pre-contractual steps at your request. Understanding and improving site usage: legitimate interest, where analytics are used with a lawful cookie-consent mechanism in place. Our legitimate interest in both cases is operating and marketing our consultancy business in a way that's proportionate and doesn't override your own rights. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time (see Section 8).

4. Cookies & tracking

traxb2b.com uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type, referring site). No other analytics, advertising, or marketing pixel is currently live on the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and similar identifiers on your device to collect this traffic data, which is then processed by Google. We do not send Google any directly identifying information (name, email) through Analytics. Google may use this data for its own Advertising Features if enabled (see Google's "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services"). Because analytics cookies are not strictly necessary, they require your prior consent under EU/Belgian ePrivacy rules. traxb2b.com has a cookie-consent banner that lets you choose whether to accept analytics cookies. If you'd rather not be tracked at all, you can also use browser extensions or settings that block analytics scripts, independent of the banner.

5. Who we share data with

We use third-party service providers to run this site and our marketing: our hosting/infrastructure provider, and Google (via Google Analytics; see Section 4). These providers process data only on our instructions or under their own data processing terms. A full list of current recipients is available on request at contact@traxb2b.com.

6. International transfers

Google Analytics is operated by Google LLC, based in the US. Google LLC is self-certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which the European Commission has recognized as providing an adequate level of protection for this kind of transfer. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards at contact@traxb2b.com.

7. How long we keep it

Contact form enquiries: kept for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, then deleted or anonymized. Site usage data: kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, per Google Analytics' retention settings for our account.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Correct inaccurate data • Delete your data (subject to legal exceptions) • Restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interest • Withdraw consent at any time (e.g., withdrawing cookie consent for analytics), without affecting processing that already happened • Complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be) To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@traxb2b.com. We'll respond within one month.

9. Changes to this policy

We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever this policy changes, and post a summary of what changed. For material changes (ones that affect how we use your data), we'll notify people who've contacted us directly (e.g., by email) rather than relying on you checking this page.

10. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data: contact@traxb2b.com.

11. Language

This policy exists in English, French, and Dutch. The English version is the controlling text in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the versions.
